Who we are
Adult Education and English for Speakers of Other Languages Programs are composed of educational levels ranging from beginning classes to more advanced classes. When students achieve sufficient skills in one level, they complete the level and can advance to the next level showing educational gains. The classes are free to individuals who are 17 years or older who are not currently enrolled in high school. Also, these classes are designed to meet the need of a wide range of students.

The mission of the Johnson City/Washington County Adult Education program is to empower adults with the knowledge and skills to meet the goals of family life and the demands of technology and the changing workplace.

Orientation & Assessment
Every Tuesday 4:00pm-9:00pm at Keystone Community Center
Every Friday 8:30am-1:30pm at the Northeast Tennessee Career Center
