Johnson City Schools Names New Assistant Principal
Johnson City Schools is pleased to announce Dr. Charles Corwin as new assistant principal for Liberty Bell Middle School. He comes to Liberty Bell from Sullivan East High School where he served as principal for the past three years. Dr. Corwin’s educational experiences include teaching middle school science and social studies. He also served as assistant principal in Washington County and Sullivan County.
Dr. Corwin earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from East Tennessee State University. He earned a specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University. He completed his doctorate from E.T.S.U.
LBMS principal Tammy Pearce is thrilled with Dr. Corwin’s addition to the staff. “We are very excited to add Dr. Charles Corwin to our administrative team at Liberty Bell,” said Pearce. “He brings a wealth of experience from both the middle and high school levels. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and positive teamwork approach makes him a great fit for our school."
