Instructions for the Web Store
• Visit the Web Store
• Select Science Hill High School
• Select the Button (Subject) and then the Item (Class)
• Enter required information
• Click “Add to Shopping Cart”
To make a payment for another fee or student, select “Continue Shopping”
• When all fees are in shopping cart, click “Go to Checkout”.
New customers, please select “I am a new customer”.
Enter your email address and “Sign In”.
Returning customers, please select “I am a returning customer”.
Enter your email address and password. Select “Sign In”.
• Enter your billing and payment information.
• Verify information for accuracy and select “Complete Order”.
• Payment will process and a receipt can be viewed and printed.
A receipt will be sent to the email address provided.
• Logout

Congrats to the Freshman, JV, and Varsity Volleyball teams on 2 big Conference wins this week.
They defeated Tennessee High on Tuesday night and Crockett on Thursday night!
You can catch them back in action at home next Tuesday against Volunteer.

Science Hill High School welding class competed in the Appalachian Fair Career and Technical Education and finished 1st in two categories and received Best in Show for the entire building.
Way to go Toppers!!!!

All Seniors will have the opportunity to take the ACT for FREE on October 1st here at Science Hill.
If you have a 504 plan that provides extended time on the ACT, you must see your counselor by this Friday to request accommodations for this test date.
Directions on how to sign up for the October 1st ACT will be provided soon, but you must apply for extended time by August 23rd.

Any seniors that want to get other senior pictures done such as cap and gown, need to see Mrs. Rado in room 516.

Toppers FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) will meet in Grand Topper Hall TODAY.
Come celebrate the season opener and fellowship with other students after school until 3:15pm.

For anyone interested in playing tennis in the spring, there will be a brief meeting after school TODAY in the lobby of the new gym.

Topper Frisbee will play today at 3 behind the new gym. Bring something to drink!

First Priority meets in the Hillside Café until 3:35.

Hats for the Homeless meets today right after school in Dr. Bier’s room, Rm 289.
Knit and see how 200 hats are made in the next 16 weeks.
It’s pretty amazing.
Snacks and all knitting supplies are included.

Students must purchase a parking decal to drive on campus.
The cost is $5 and they must be renewed each year.
Beginning Tuesday, September 3rd, tickets will be given for not having a valid parking decal displayed.

Varsity Football SHHS vs. Elizabethton, tonight with a 7:30 kickoff.
Students can purchase their tickets during lunch TODAY, the public can purchase tickets from 11am-1pm in the Topper Student Center Athletic Office.
The tickets will be available at the gates starting at 6pm. General Admission tickets are $7.

If you plan on taking the PSAT, ACT, or an AP exam anytime this school year and you plan on requesting extended time due to a 504 plan, you must see your counselor as soon as possible.
Each test has deadlines that must be met in order to apply for extended time, so please see your counselor ASAP.

The MTSU True Blue Tour is coming to the Carnegie Hotel on October 1st from 6-8pm.
Students will have the opportunity to speak with administrators, staff, and students about financial aid, housing, Honors College and more.

The Elks Most Valuable Scholarship Application is now available.
Seniors (U.S. Citizens only) who have demonstrated outstanding academics, community service and have financial need should apply for this scholarship.
The Elks National Foundation additionally offers awards and grants to students whose parents or grandparents are members or were member of a local Elks Lodge as well as nursing scholarships and more.

The PSAT will be administered at SHHS on Wednesday October 16th.
Any 10th or 11th grade student who wants to take the test needs to register in the main office during their lunch time with Stephanie Akers.
The cost of the test is $20 and students may pay with either a check or cash when the register with her.
The deadline to register will be Friday, August 23rd.
The PSAT is the qualifying exam for the National Merit Scholarship.

Grill on the Hill tickets are now on sale.
The cost is $10 and meal is from Outback.
It will be served at the first home football game (August 23) vs. Elizabethton.

Any 9th and 10th grades interested in joining the Beta Club should pick up an application in Mrs. Laufenberg’s room, Room 403 B.
