How to get this to your counselor/teacher:
- Save the documentation and attach the recommendation form and a copy of your resume in an email to your counselor. or
- Print a copy of this document and your resume and drop it off at the counseling office.
This form should be received by your counselor two weeks prior to the deadline date you need the recommendation letter to be sent or returned to you. Please make sure you have completed all parts of the Student Information Recommendation Form before submitting it to your counselor. The answers to the questions do not have to be lengthy, but please put some thought into what you submit. We will draw from your responses as we do our best to craft thoughtful and engaging letters of recommendation for you.
Please note: You will not need a letter of recommendation from your counselor for every college or scholarship application. Some admission or application packets will have special forms for your school counselor to complete instead. Some colleges will not require any recommendation form or letter from your counselor. Please make sure you carefully read and follow the requirements for the schools/scholarships to which you plan to apply.
