Community Service

Students attending SHHS must complete 40 hours of community service as a requirement for graduation. The community service hours must be completed outside of the regular school day.  As hours are completed, students need to submit a signed verification form to the Registrar so hours can be logged.  A verification form of hours may be picked up from any of the offices. The form can also be found on the link below.  Any organization of the student or guardian’s choice may be used to acquire hours.  If a student needs help finding ways to volunteer, the Registrar’s office has a list of possible youth organizations.
