Course
Requirements
-
Be committed to the choir.
Regular attendance by itself is not enough. Each student is expected
to practice at home as well as participate during class.
-
Bring a working pencil to
class; you will need it to take notes in the music.
-
Attend all rehearsals and
performances. These will count toward your grade. From
time to time, there will be extra after school rehearsals.
Students are responsible for arranging make-up work and times with your
director. All three choirs should plan now to rehearse at Graduation
practice on Friday, May 26, and perform at Graduation on Saturday, May 28,
2006. This is the final exam for Chorus.
-
Be responsible for the care
and return of your music. Lost or damaged music will be charged to the
student.
-
Be responsible for the care
and return of your uniform. Lost or damaged uniforms will be replaced
at the student’s expense. Both boys and girls will need black, closed
toe shoes for concerts. Girls will need pearls to wear with
their dresses.
