The Johnson City Schools App allows users to stay up-to-date with the latest news, events, and notifications from the district and all schools. The App is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
After downloading the app, users can go into user settings and select which schools they can view. The app allows users to select schools to receive news, events and push notifications from and will also allow you to easily add school events from the schools’ calendar to yours. Users also have the ability to view:
Events – Includes all district events and events per school, selected by the user
News – All news articles appearing on JCS Website
Quick Links – Lunch Menu, Single Sign-On Portal, COVID-19 Dashboard, tip line and school information
Johnson City Schools will continue to use School Messenger as our emergency notification system. To ensure you are receiving those text messages, please text Y or Yes to 67587 from the phone number on record with your school to opt-in to receiving emergency notification messages.
